About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Communications Consultant to lead strategic Human Resources (HR) communication initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire over 200,000 employees globally. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development and implementation of enterprise communication plans for key HR initiatives aligned to our HR strategic priorities.
In this role, you will:
- Lead strategic communication programs: Develop and execute communications plans for enterprise-wide initiatives, including defining objectives, key messages, target audiences, success metrics, and tactical activities. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Create clear and compelling messages: Translate complex HR concepts and programs into clear, engaging communications. Identify storytelling opportunities that effectively highlight HR priorities and enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Drive communications for HR change initiatives: Work closely with HR leadership to lead communications as part of change management efforts—to improve the employee experience and foster a high-performance culture across the enterprise.
- Develop executive communications: Craft executive-level communications for senior HR leaders to support HR initiatives.
- Create and edit content: Write, edit, and optimize content for various internal platforms, including emails, intranet posts, and the HR Services & Support site, ensuring appropriate tone and message by channel and audience.
- Collaborate on creative assets: Partner with other communication teams to create compelling visuals, digital content, and messaging that resonate with employees and inspire action. Strategically select channels to effectively engage target audiences and drive results.
- Manage communication reviews and stakeholder engagement: Oversee the communications review and approval process to ensure adherence to brand standards, risk management protocols, and project deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in Human Resource communications or employee communications
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and to navigate complex, highly matrixed organizations
- Experience in change / transformation communication strategies and plans
- Experience as a thought partner, counseling internal clients
- Skill in developing compelling content and leveraging multiple channels for creative storytelling
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades and enhances understanding at all levels
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and reporting on progress and results
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$111,100.00 - $237,100.00Benefits
