As a Sales and Lead Generation Campaign Manager on the Merchant Services (MS) Go to Market (GTM) team, you will play a critical role in building the MS sales pipeline and expanding the company's customer base to achieve MS growth objectives. You will collaborate with Payments and Commercial Bank (CB) marketing and sales teams, and utilizing various marketing and sales channels and tactics to identify and engage potential customers.

- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with Merchant Services sales and marketing goals
- Identify target markets and client segments to focus lead generation efforts
- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and events, to generate high-quality leads
- Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize leads for the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and campaigns that attract potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up
- Analyze lead generation metrics and performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns, provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Use data-driven insights to optimize lead generation efforts and improve conversion rates
- Leverage CRM systems and lead generation tools to track, manage, and analyze leads
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance lead generation capabilities
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, performance, and outcomes to senior management
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- 5 years+ experience, in lead generation, sales, or marketing, with a track record of success
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, products and services, merchant services / payments background
- Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners and influence others to achieve desired outcomes
- Uses sound judgment to offer comprehensive and customized solutions that best meet strategic objectives; able to identify and recommend appropriate alternatives when traditional solutions do not apply
- Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools, familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative lead generation strategies
- Highly proficient in MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
