In this role, you will:
- Serve as a trusted Business Execution advisor to Payments leadership, partnering closely with Human Resources and Finance to drive the day-to-day operating rhythm of the organization and ensure disciplined execution against strategic priorities.
- Lead core management routines for the Payments organization, including staff meetings and key leadership forums by establishing clear agendas, structured decision frameworks, actionable follow-ups, and accountability mechanisms.
