About this role:
The Central Control Business Management team is seeking a seasoned, Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to drive cross functional efforts in Central Control.
In this role, you will:

Drive business execution initiatives, including communicating information and outcomes to all levels of the Control Management organization, including executive leadership
-
Lead the facilitation and resolution of complex and unique initiatives that require solid analytical skills, business knowledge, and executive communication abilities (including strong PowerPoint skills)
-
Provide vision, direction, expertise, and engagement to all levels of professionals and managers to implement large-scale, cross-organization business solutions in line with Control Management's goals

Produce high quality output with limited oversight
Required Qualifications:
-
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
-
Deep understanding of control management domain within a large financial institution.
-
Experience leading complex change initiatives and managing high priority portfolio control initiatives.

Extensive experience with Change Management.
-
Advanced ability to construct executive stories/narratives and build the materials, visuals, including PowerPoint presentations that enable complex topics to be easily understood.

Strong execution bias with excellent attention to detail.
-
Ability to partner and collaborate with internal clients and partners to develop and support effective solutions and strategies in a highly matrix environment.

Excellent business acumen working with executives, senior managers and subject matter experts across Wells Fargo.

Structured thinker and communicator; excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations.
