Health Plan Digital & Technology Manager
What You'll Do:

• Demonstrate deep health plan sector knowledge with a functional expertise in key business trends/topics - including but not limited to front, middle, and back office performance
• Lead client business development and client relationships
• Stay abreast of current business , tech , and industry trends relevant to the client's business.
• Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Manage client relationships and delivery- mitigate risk s and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members.
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
• Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
• Deliver solutions focused on one or more technology domains, including SaaS, data platforms, and digital engineering practices.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree
• MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable
• 8 + years ' experience in health plan tech consulting
• 3 + years ' experience in a senior role (manager, director) within a professional services firm
• Demonstrated experience with driving commercial relationships within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the VP /director level.
• Strong credentials and demonstrated success in defining and delivering digital/tech solutions
• Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects
• A hi gh level of motivation and self- starting attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of technology areas in cloud computing, AI, SaaS platforms, Data platforms and software engineering practices (CI/CD and estimation techniques)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• A willingness to travel to meet client needs
• Executive-level presence and communication

Travel is a requirement at ZS for client facing ZSers; business needs of your project and client are the priority. While some projects may be local, all client-facing ZSers should be prepared to travel as needed.
