Provide influence and leadership in the identification of new tools and methods to analyze data and steer data product roadmaps. Ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Management policies, standards, and technology, and facilitate execution of business data standards and control frameworks. Provide updates on project logs, monthly budget forecasts, monthly newsletters, and operations reviews. • Six (6) years of data analysis experience, including working with SQL, Python, and SAS; • Five (5) years of experience working on data products including requirements gathering, data analysis, and UAT; • Three (3) years of experience working with data warehouse user space management including creating tables, managing access, and deploying ETL logic; • Experience conducting descriptive and predictive analytics; • Experience developing and deploying data products, with experience of delivering insights and driving outcomes in a complex organization; • Experience with business intelligence (BI), data visualization tools and data storytelling software including Power BI and Tableau; • Experience working with HR information systems data such as Workday, SAP, ADP, or Success Factors; Demonstrated examples of presenting data-backed recommendations to management to influence a decision.
