Position Summary/Purpose:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will perform responsibilities in several categories including: configuration of HRIS system (Workday), develop and document technical configuration requirements based on business requirements, document end to end business processes supported by technical configuration, provide technical knowledge/understanding based on areas or projects assigned, analyze and recommend continued process improvements, implement best practices and system enhancements to support customers, business strategies and operational needs including proactive review of existing implementations against industry best practices.
Primary Responsibilities /Accountabilities/ Essential Functions:
1. Implement standardization and ensure the integrity of the HRMS.
2. Troubleshoot issues, reporting, design, configuration and testing to implement solution to drive adoption and ease of use.
3. Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for the HRMS in the functional aspect of system design. Develop and articulate solution options that consider the Company’s technical landscape as well as incorporate user experience, scalability, security and best practices. Clearly highlight the merits and disadvantages of solution options to support informed decisions by our customers and provide the scoping of complexity and effort for each option.
4. In partnership with customers, distill and document end-user requirements. Partner with customers to develop test strategy, test scenarios/scripts, as well as execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing.
5. Provide input to change management strategy and deployment from a systems perspective. Develop and implement support models for new functionality/systems deployments.
6. Lead and advise business partners in methodically assessing technology needs for new solutions. Act as a liaison between business partners and IT and/or 3rd party systems providers.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Experience/ Education
- 2 years of hands-on configuration experience (Set up of new functionality) with enterprise HRIS system which allows for functionality updates/upgrades and customization preferably with Workday.
- BS degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Management Information Systems or Computer Science.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions (Recruiting and onboarding, Compensation, Absences and Leaves, Benefits, and Shared Service Center).
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background investigation
