About the role:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. This role will be the primary owner of HR technology systems and play a critical part in advancing automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. You will ensure our systems run seamlessly, data remains accurate, and our team and business gain efficiency through innovative technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Systems Administration – manage day-to-day HR tech functionality, configurations, and vendor relationships to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Automation & AI – identify and implement process automation; partner with enterprise AI solutions to introduce smart solutions that increase efficiency and impact.
- Data & Analytics – maintain data integrity across systems; design reports and dashboards to provide insights for HR, FP&A, and business leaders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – act as a bridge between HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to align technology with business needs.
- Implementation & Change – lead and support HR tech implementations, integrations, and enhancements while driving adoption through clear communication and training.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, or related systems administration roles and strong technical aptitude with HR systems.
- Experience with automation, integrations, and/or AI-enabled tools preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
