What You’ll Do
As a Senior GTM Talent Partner at Edmentum, you’ll lead the charge in shaping our go-to-market talent strategy. You’ll partner with executive leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to forecast hiring needs, design scalable sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your work directly influences revenue growth and organizational success.
In this role you will:
- Own and evolve Edmentum’s GTM hiring strategy across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals and revenue targets.
- Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies that drive quality, diversity, and efficiency.
- Lead GTM workforce planning in collaboration with Finance and RevOps.
- Drive cross-functional recruiting initiatives, including new market entry.
- Continuously improve recruiting systems, tools, and processes to enhance outcomes.
Who You Are
- You have deep experience leading GTM recruiting strategy across multiple business functions.
- You are a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and thrive in high-impact, cross-functional environments.
- You have strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market dynamics.
- You are passionate about building inclusive hiring practices and driving diversity outcomes.
- You have experience with workforce planning and talent forecasting.
- You are fluent in recruiting tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
- You are data-driven and use insights to optimize recruiting performance.
- You are an excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
- You are adaptable, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You have 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on GTM roles.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
