The Role


The GTM Systems Operations Admin assists in the implementation, optimization, and management of Salesforce, Outreach, Leandata, Zoominfo, and other GTM technology systems within the organization. The individual in this position will collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of these technologies to drive revenue growth and enhance business operations. The ideal candidate will leverage experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce to design creative solutions, be an analytical thinker and problem solver, have excellent communication skills and technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, have a strong desire for automation and continuous improvement, and partner with leadership to build systems and processes that support a high growth company. 

 

We live and breathe automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement at Outreach. The GTM Systems Operations Admin will support the execution of day-to-day configuration and maintenance of our GTM systems, as well as continuously improving the platforms to enable our growth. You will work closely with the entire Revenue Operations team and stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal, to ensure core processes and systems continue to evolve and grow with Outreach.  


Location: We’re looking to hire this position hybrid in Seattle or remote within the US.  

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Serve as an administrator and technical subject matter expert for projects and enhancements supporting Salesforce and other integrated systems 
  • Support integrations with Salesforce including Outreach, Leandata, Fullcircle, and other relevant platforms 
  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new requests 
  • Analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for system improvements and lead the evaluation of new technologies that align with organizational objectives 
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem 
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to streamline processes and workflows through these platforms to improve sales efficiency, data hygiene, and accuracy in reporting 
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues 
  • Foster collaboration and communication among different departments to ensure a unified approach to revenue technology 
  • Assist in training of new or more junior team members, and grow the Salesforce skill set across the team

Our Vision Of You

  • 4+ years in managing revenue technology systems, preferably with expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms 
  • Salesforce Administrator preferred
  • Proficient with SOQL, Lightning, Visualforce, Triggers, Workflow Rules, and Process Builder, Apex experience is a plus 
  • In-depth understanding of sales and marketing processes, revenue operations, and data management 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights 
  • Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities 
  • Self-starter who seeks challenging assignment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
  • Experience with Marketo, FullCircle, Jira, Confluence, CPQ, Certina, and other Sales tools a plus 

The annual base salary range for this role is $70,000-$115,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
