That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Management Senior Manager to design and drive a comprehensive change management program that will bolster our Finance AI adoption strategy and integrate new ways of working. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and delivering communication and training initiatives that engage stakeholders and support the successful achievement of Finance AI project objectives. You will report to the Head of Finance Enablement & AI.
You'll get to:

  • Develop and execute communication plans that connect, inform and engage impacted teams.

  • Degree in Organizational Behavior, Social Sciences, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, project management, or related fields. Direct experience working in a finance-focused role.

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across organization levels and global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker, able to understand context and connect dots to stay ahead of issues and maximize opportunities.
  • Experience in AI adoption and digital transformation projects is a plus.
