MaintainX is looking for a Sr. Growth Manager, Mid Market & Enterprise, to drive predictable, qualified pipeline growth through a mix of inbound, outbound, and account-based strategies,  specifically within our Mid-Market segment. We’re seeking a highly quantitative marketer with a bias for action who thrives on leveraging data-driven insights to build highly targeted and tailored marketing campaigns. Reporting directly to the Director of Acquisition, you'll create and execute impactful marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and behaviors of our Mid-Market prospects. You will manage targeted marketing campaigns and programs designed to meet quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue objectives.

This role is remote in Canada or USA

What you'll do:

  • Develop, manage, and execute full-funnel, multi-channel marketing programs that drive pipeline growth for the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales, XDRs, and Channel Managers to develop effective messaging, positioning, and campaign strategies.
  • Leverage account-based strategies to engage target accounts across channels—developing personalized, segment-specific campaigns that increase engagement, accelerate deal cycles, and drive pipeline growth.
  • Establish, monitor, and optimize KPIs for Mid Market success; continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, utilizing rigorous quantitative analysis to continuously iterate and improve performance to meet pipeline targets.
  • Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as a segment subject matter expert, continuously researching market trends, competitor insights, and customer needs to inform targeted strategies.

About you:

  • 4-year undergraduate degree (quantitative field of study strongly preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Segment Marketing, or ABM, ideally within B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success in driving pipeline growth.
  • Prior experience marketing to Mid-Market or Enterprise-level organizations, understanding their specific buying processes, needs, and behaviors.
  • Proven ability to build and execute targeted, segment-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, highly quantitative, and comfortable interpreting complex data sets and analytics to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling and tailored messaging across various marketing assets (webinars, emails, case studies, social media posts).
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively align stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Experience with tools like Demandbase, Hubspot, Salesforce, Clay, and Asana preferred.
