Role summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to take a lead role in bringing our brand to life across all marketing touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for driving the execution of creative assets for campaigns, digital channels, and printed materials — ensuring every design is aligned with our brand vision and standards. This role combines hands-on design excellence with creative leadership, helping maintain and evolve brand guidelines while collaborating with teams across marketing, product, and partnerships to deliver cohesive, high-impact visuals.
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute creative assets across marketing campaigns, social media, email, digital ads, and in-store materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand identity.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive visual expression across all channels.
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay on top of design trends, technologies, and tools that can elevate brand storytelling.
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines.
- Experiment with and incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance creative ideation, design efficiency, and innovation.
Minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within marketing, advertising, or brand-focused environments.
- Expert proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of brand, campaign, and digital work.
- Excellent visual, conceptual, and typographic design skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- A curiosity-driven mindset and enthusiasm for exploring new creative technologies — including AI design tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, hospitality, or consumer‑facing tech startups.
- Familiarity with web or UX/UI design principles.

- $80,000 - $100,000, DOE + Benefits
