What the Role Is
Babylist is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be a critical contributor to our growth initiatives, working closely with acquisition, brand, PR, and social teams to create compelling visual content that drives business results. As a key member of our design team, you will have the opportunity to lead high-impact projects across multiple channels while maintaining our brand standards.
Who You Are
- 5-7 years of design experience with proven success in acquisition marketing, brand campaigns, and social media
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, with experience and interest in AI-powered design support tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and creative work with measurable business impact
- Experience with performance marketing, creative, and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle specialized work across multiple initiatives
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for creative excellence
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities
- Proactive problem solver who identifies opportunities to use AI and automation to work efficiently
How You Will Make An Impact
- Lead design for registry acquisition testing and optimization across paid channels, including direct mail and paid social campaigns
- Partner with the social team to develop and implement a comprehensive visual strategy refresh that improves engagement rates and follower growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product and partnerships on various initiatives and ad product placements
- Drive creative concepting and production for high-visibility brand campaigns, including PR initiatives and tentpole marketing moments
- Develop scalable design systems and templates to improve efficiency across email, social, and acquisition channels
- Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers while maintaining high creative standards
- Stay up to date on design trends, emerging technologies (including AI tools), and best practices to continuously innovate our visual approach
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, delivering assignments on time while maintaining quality

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The estimated pay range for this role is $99,600.00 - $149,400.00
In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
