Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Business Partnership team. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance department by ensuring efficient coordination, effective communication, and timely completion of key deliverables. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $75,000 - 95,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential

Responsibilities:

Planning & Forecasting:

  • Support the annual business plan and subsequent forecast updates with business partners to achieve organizational objectives

  • Improve visibility, forecasting, and analysis of results with key metrics while advising senior management on insights and recommended actions

  • Deliver timely and robust planning content with meaningful insights

  • Partner with Practice Operations leadership to understand financials and financial impacts.

  • Reporting:

    • Drive standardization and documentation of streamlined planning and reporting templates

    • Strong ability to extract and model financial information, analyze and provide meaningful insights to Finance leadership, and other business partners

    • Assist in procedures and reporting related to monthly/quarterly/annual close processes

    • Assist with financial reports and presentations (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) for executive-level and cross-functional meetings

Collaboration:

  • Develop partnerships with stakeholders throughout organization

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on finance processes and planning and collaborate across teams to improve data quality and speed of reporting

  • Actively seek opportunities to improve tools and processes

  • Effectively manage numerous projects at a given time in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant field

  • 3+ years of experience working within a finance function supporting Operations and Department Leadership

  • Knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices; strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, both internal and external, and financial modeling

  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen, including understanding of a business P&L statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experience with planning/financial software such as Planful and Power BI

  • Excellent organizational skills, including handling multiple deliverables and assignments, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently

  • Strong forward thinking analytical skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to interact with different management levels

  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
