To join CLEAResult as a Sr. Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for executives and ownership. This is a position for someone who is eager to learn advanced analytical tools, thrives in dealing with large amounts of data, and is willing to support and maintain financial models using that data. This position will involve collaboration with other members of the CLEAResult Finance Team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to communicate financial data clearly and effectively, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to the team’s success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

  • Prepare monthly financial packages for management and ownership group with insights on variances to plan, forecast and prior year

  • Purview for reporting and analysis will extend beyond the management P&L to include Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Metrics

  • Provide ad-hoc financial materials and presentations for business reviews, executive meetings, and other strategic initiatives

  • Lead ROI/NPV/IRR analysis to support recommendations to management

  • Proactively research, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources into business information

  • Prepare analysis and research in such areas as financial and expense performance, rate of return, depreciation, and working capital

  • Prepare moderate to complex analytical reports including budgets, revenue and expense, business trends, and special ad-hoc projects

  • Work with business users to refine and improve current reporting and analysis, often performing ad hoc reporting to satisfy end users

  • Assist in revenue, expense, and cash flow projections and expense saving opportunities within all areas of the forecast models

  • Design, execute and maintain profitability reporting by business unit and service line

  • Analyzes actual results to understand variances and revise projections as appropriate

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 3-5 years of applicable experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

  • Familiarity with Workday and Adaptive Financials are a plus

$69,300.00 - $103,900.00
