- 8+ years of B2B event and field marketing experience across in person and virtual programs, with a proven record of driving engagement and pipeline.
- Experience partnering closely with inside and field sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and progression.
- A data driven mindset with experience analyzing event performance to produce actionable insights using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for results across core field marketing initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple programs, vendors, and stakeholders effectively in a fast paced, high growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Experience marketing to technical or security audiences is a plus.
- Based in the time zone of your territory
- Willingness to travel 30 to 40 percent as required to support regional events.
