The Senior Executive Recruiter partners with stakeholders to define role requirements, delivers talent insights, engages candidates, and supports onboarding processes.

This position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach
• Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping)
• Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
• Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance
• Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
• Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Requirements
• Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management
• Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes
• Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
• High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
• Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement
Benefits
• Salary range: 690,000 - 940,000
