StackAdapt's Growth Marketing team is at the heart of how we generate and convert demand, and email is one of our most powerful channels to drive brand growth and revenue. As we scale our go-to-market motion, we're looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve how we engage prospects and customers across every stage of their journey.
In this role, you will architect StackAdapt’s scalable lifecycle infrastructure, unifying paid and owned media workflows to move the right audiences through the funnel at the right time. You will directly boost our Lead-to-MQL conversion rates and accelerate pipeline generation, working at the intersection of strategy, data, and creative execution.
This role reports to the Director of Performance Marketing. You will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Integrated Marketing, EMEA/APAC Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure lifecycle programs hit pipeline goals, messaging aligns with our core identity, and automation integrates with our CRM and Data Hub.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
What you’ll do- Design and execute end-to-end global lifecycle marketing programs, including lead nurture, onboarding, re-engagement, and expansion workflows across email and owned channels to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Own the global promotional send calendar, audience segmentation, and frequency management to spike engagement across prospect and customer segments while keeping deliverability spotless.
- Build and manage marketing automation architecture—including orchestration flows and trigger-based workflows—to continuously increase Lead-to-MQL conversion.
- Own email channel strategy and performance, deploying rigorous A/B testing frameworks and deliverability optimizations to ensure our messages consistently hit the inbox.
- Own email and lifecycle program reporting, building dashboards that track channel health so you can translate campaign data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain audience segmentation models that enable personalized, relevant communication at scale across prospect and customer databases.
- Partner with Marketing Operations, Integrated Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Sales to lock step with pipeline targets and broader campaign calendars.
- Proven expertise in lifecycle marketing, email marketing strategy, and marketing automation—with a track record of building programs that measurably improve funnel conversion.
- Prior working experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) and CRM systems, including building complex workflow logic and database segmentation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently evaluate program performance, translate data findings into optimizations, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Marketing Operations, Design, Regional Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously, balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and operate with autonomy in a remote-first organization.
- Experience managing global or multi-region email programs is preferred.
The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in Ontario, Canada. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location.
This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.
