Lead treasury financing for Building and Industrial Automation businesses: originate, structure, and close customer financing and leasing deals; identify third-party financing; liaise with sales, customers, and financial institutions; ensure regulatory compliance; and support go-to-market efforts across municipal, federal, commercial, and healthcare segments.
You will work closely with the Building and Industrial Automation businesses and promote established financing structures and develop new innovative solutions to meet our customers’ needs. Working alongside the respective sales organizations, you will support transactions from the origination phase all the way to closing and monetization. You will also help identify 3rd party financing to support Honeywell transaction in a capital efficient manner.
You will report to our Assistant Treasurer and you will work out of our NC01 Charlotte, NC on a Hybrid work schedule.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and external customers to advance financing and leasing opportunities.
- Communicate financing concepts, deal status, and requirements clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Support go-to-market efforts across relevant segments (municipal, federal, commercial, and/or healthcare) by applying market awareness to customer needs.
- Develop and promote financing strategies and structures that meet Honeywell’s and our customers’ goals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Stay abreast of industry changes
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in project finance and/or customer financing, with at least 5 years in a people management role.
- Strong knowledge of financing structures (especially in the federal space), legal frameworks and banking landscape
- Proven track record of developing financing solutions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Self-starter mindset with a high degree of initiative.
