Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

- 12+ years of experience in technology project management, program management, agile delivery environments, change management, or a related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in a management capacity required.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PGMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Uses enterprise portfolio tools to communicate status and inform executive decision-making.
- Develops and manages enterprise-level budgets using portfolio management tools.
- Leverages agile delivery tools to view and manage project and program backlogs.
- Extracts and analyzes portfolio data to assess cross-project intersections, dependencies, and enterprise allocations.
