Summary:
The Senior Director of Sales Reporting and Analytics is a high-level, hands-on leadership role focused on conceptualizing, overseeing & developing data analytics and reporting functions across the Global Capital Markets organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales Operations, the Senior Director will be a key contributor to the Sales Ops leadership team and will manage a team of reporting specialists responsible for delivering on this key strategic function.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Operations' team reporting & analytics function, developing strategic, operational, and organizational improvements to our reporting framework across core products and business areas
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and department heads, to identify data needs and develop tailored analytics solutions that inform strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics models and tools, including dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics, to drive business insights
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of business initiatives and recommend adjustments based on data analysis
  • Manage a team of analysts and Power BI developers, utilizing advanced analytics to provide actionable insights that support business objectives
  • Provide training and support to staff on business intelligence tools and best practices, promoting data literacy across the organization
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Oversee data quality control and data integrity initiatives and develop and implement policies and procedures that support and enhance data cleanliness.


Qualifications:

  • Hands on expert in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce Reports & Dashboards and working with large complex data sets.
  • Disciplined with effective execution - Demonstrate a disciplined approach; deployment, and follow-through to ensure achievement of results.
  • Experience working directly with all levels within a sales organization
  • Style that fosters teamwork - Working collaboratively with others across various business units to achieve common goals and positive results.
  • Degree: BA or BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years' experience in a reporting, analytical and/or data role using Salesforce.
