  • Lead readiness programs for new product launches, messaging rollouts, and strategic GTM initiatives

Content & Messaging Enablement

  • Ensure consistent, differentiated sales messaging aligned to personas, pain points, and sales stages

  • Partner with Product Management and Product Marketing to develop sales playbooks, pitch decks, and talk tracks

Tools, Technology & Operations

  • Own all relevant components of the Delinea sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, LMS, CMS, readiness tools)

  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track the impact of enablement initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to coordinate GTM alignment

  • Ensure feedback loops are in place from the field to continuously improve enablement content and programs

What You'll Need:

  • 8 – 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or enterprise B2B sales

  • 3 – 5+ years in a leadership role managing enablement or sales teams

  • Proven success in building and scaling enablement programs in a high-growth software/SaaS environment

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC, Command of the Message, ValueSelling)

  • Executive presence with strong communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills
