Snr. Director, Growth Marketing
Quickbase is seeking a visionary and results-driven Senior Director of Growth Marketing to lead our demand generation function across multiple strategic business segments. As the head of a high-performing team of growth marketing managers, you will be responsible for architecting and scaling integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that will directly shape how Quickbase engages buyers and scales growth across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Define and execute the strategic vision for growth marketing, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue targets
- Lead a team of growth marketing managers, providing mentorship, performance coaching, and career development
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product marketing, and sales to establish go-to-market strategies for key verticals and segments
- Identify new opportunities for demand generation and marketing innovation to expand reach and accelerate pipeline growth, particularly in the areas of AI and GTM automation
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel, full-funnel marketing programs across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Drive campaign development for key growth initiatives, ensuring clear audience segmentation, and cohesive buyer journeys
- Align marketing programs with sales motions and revenue operations for seamless execution and measurement
- Manage budget planning and resource allocation across campaign initiatives
Team & Program Management
- Hire, manage, and scale a team of segment-focused growth marketers
- Develop standardized processes and frameworks for campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Oversee agency and vendor relationships to support scalable program delivery
- Drive operational excellence and ensure team accountability for performance
Performance Optimization & Analytics - Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to measure campaign and channel effectiveness
- Collaborate with marketing operations and business intelligence teams to build dashboards and provide ongoing reporting
- Leverage insights and testing frameworks to continuously improve campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Stay abreast of market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive strategies to inform planning and positioning
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in technology marketing with demonstrated success in demand generation and campaign management
- Proven ability to leverage established go-to-market technology solutions like Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Drift, Outreach & Zoominfo to power campaigns, and a general knowledge of newer growth tools that leverage AI and automation to deliver more personalized experiences.
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and manage complex projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated experience in integrated campaign execution
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics analysis
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
- Experience working within a matrix organization and managing cross-functional initiatives
