What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales development, sales leadership, or related revenue-generating functions.
  • 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including people leaders.
  • Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize business development organizations.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline generation, prospecting strategies, and sales qualification methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and influence business outcomes.

Preferred

  • Experience within SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial technology organizations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales organizations.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting, automation, and go-to-market technologies.
  • Experience implementing sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, MEDDPIC, or SPIN.
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience.
