Opportunity & Impact

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with 8-10 years of experience to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on overseeing the management and enhancement of our website, social media channels, blog content, and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be an expert in driving strategic initiatives, improving user experience, and creating compelling online content that enhances our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of digital marketing strategies, ensuring website content and design align with brand guidelines and support conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update website content and campaigns reflecting the latest marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), ensuring alignment with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for social media, website, content, and paid advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Set and monitor digital KPIs, evaluating performance against industry benchmarks and adjusting strategies based on insights and trends.
  • Partner with web design, development, and content teams to ensure effective SEO strategies are implemented across company sites.
  • Engage with online communities to foster conversations and increase engagement while ensuring alignment with digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and collaborate with marketing team members to ensure campaigns and promotions are represented across digital channels.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement innovative tactics to improve performance and streamline workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, social media, content strategy, and paid advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in driving successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (website, social media, email).
  • Experience in working with CMS (Content Management Systems) and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, user experience principles, conversion rate optimization, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to drive decisions.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience in the Healthcare and SaaS industries is highly preferred.
  • Preferred attitude: problem-solving, growth mindset with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.

Software Platform/Tools

  • Required: CMS (WordPress), Social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook), Google Analytics, Google Paid Ads, Marketing platforms (HubSpot)
  • Preferred: Google suite, CRM systems (Salesforce), and data analytics tools (Domo)
