Synack is seeking a seasoned Manager, Digital Marketing to spearhead their paid media strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role is crucial in advancing paid media initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess over 7 years of digital marketing experience, with a specialized focus on paid media, website, SEO and history of collaborating across multiple teams and contractors.

You will work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, and IT organizations, playing a leadership role in redefining Digital Marketing strategy by implementing tools, solutions and integrations to support our GTM efforts, driving us toward a data-driven digital organization.

Here’s what you'll do

  • Manage the digital marketing strategy, web experience, and digital customer journey, ensuring a world-class experience that attracts, engages, and converts users into pipeline
  • Collaborate with partner with Product & Marketing teams to develop integrated digital demand generation programs across various channels, including social media, display advertising, SEO/PPC, video, and email
  • Own and drive web strategy by aligning with business objectives defined in collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Product teams. 
  • Utilize web analytics and data to measure the effectiveness of the web experience, drive continuous optimization, A/B testing, and targeted personalization strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid media campaigns, focusing on enhancing efficiency and maximizing ROI.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Google Analytics, website performance, MQLs, meetings, and pipeline revenue.
  • Stay informed and current on industry trends and introduce innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and SEO.
  • Manage the paid media budget, optimizing allocation to ensure maximum ROI. Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools like HubSpot for campaign setup, tracking, and lead management, alongside platforms such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEMRush, and WordPress 

Here’s what you’ll need

  • Minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience with a concentration in digital marketing 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Wordpress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, 6Sense, Qualified, SEMRush).

$120,000 - $155,000 Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
