SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate.
We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin.
We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity.
SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle (Bellevue), Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
SentiLink earns trust with prospects and partners by having a deeper understanding of fraud and identity than anyone else in the market, and explaining it in a way that's accessible and supportive. The Content team creates messaging and collateral that define how the industry talks about fraud and identity. This role will focus on creating a campaign content engine that moves specific audiences to act. You will work closely with Product and Sales to put the right asset in front of the right buyer at the right moment, helping SentiLink build pipeline in both existing and new segments.
This role will own the content that carries our campaigns into market — the go-to-market kit that turns one anchor asset into a full nurture campaign — working across Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Events, and more. Success means a campaign launches with every asset , the copy reads like it was written by someone who deeply understands fraud and identity, and the content can be traced to pipeline growth.
This is a remote, US-based role.
Responsibilities:
Working with internal content strategists, own execution of the derivative content kit for every campaign end-to-end. This can include landing pages, email and nurture sequences, ad copy, benchmark briefs, webinar abstracts, seller-ready one-pagers, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts and more
Partner with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to translate campaign messaging into audience-specific copy across verticals, buyer roles, and funnel stages
Support event content across industry conferences and SentiLink’s user conference, from pre-show outreach and registration copy through session promotion and post-event follow-up sequences
Own the social editorial calendar and publishing, including cadence, queue, creative, and copy, working closely with multiple stakeholders across marketing and implementing new video strategies
Build and maintain the partner proof library: case studies, reference stories, the quote database, retro one-pagers, and win narratives
Develop campaign video content for YouTube, with a test-and-refine approach
Execute AEO and SEO work across demand gen properties and support the broader search program
Measure your own work against conversion, engaged accounts, raised hands, and sourced pipeline
Requirements:
5+ years writing marketing content, with the majority of that time in demand generation or growth-focused work
Demonstrated experience producing a full campaign kit from a single anchor asset
Strong ability to write for a technical B2B audience in a regulated space (fintech, financial services, risk, payments, or security) and to turn SME input into compelling copy
Comfortable owning deadlines across concurrent campaigns in an environment where priorities shift with the market
Comfortable writing on a team that prioritizes human-voices over AI-enablement. Must be able to use AI as a support tool when needed, but not rely on it as a primary writing source. AI-skeptics welcome.
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up that prioritizes in-depth knowledge of the product, and where you’ve had to write about a technical product in a creative way, within an established brand voice
Experience working within an emerging market content team, as well as experience developing new messages that cut through the noise in established markets
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
Experience with marketing automation, and popular tools (HubSpot, SEMRush, Canva, WordPress etc)
Background in fraud, identity, credit risk, trust and safety or lending, preferred
Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000/year + equity + benefits
Note: This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels, and the actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, and qualifications.
Perks:
Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
Flexible paid time off
Regular company-wide in-person events
Home office stipend, and more!
