Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze end-to-end digital engagements to identify friction points, optimize user flows, and uncover opportunities to enhance digital capabilities.

  • Design and execute measurement frameworks and conduct experimentation to drive business decision-making.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that communicate key digital experience metrics to stakeholders in a clear and impactful way.

  • Engage with internal partners to understand business strategy, questions, and goals. Bring structure to business requests, translates requirements into an analytical project approach, and leads projects through completion.

  • Acquire and compiles structured and unstructured data and verifies its quality, accuracy and reasonableness.

  • Perform analyses of historical data to surface trends and insights using advanced analytical methods. Validate analytical techniques employed by other analysts.

  • Proactively expand knowledge of business and analytics and shares with team members. Share and documents best practices.

  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related work experience.

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Technical experience with SQL, Python and Tableau.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and Adobe Analytics.

  • Ability to independently interface with non-technical partners (business leaders/specialists) and technical teams (engineers) and communicate effectively to these groups.
