This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Senior Customer Experience Analyst serves as the operational lead and strategic point of contact for the Lowe’s account, one of the organization’s most critical retail partners. This role owns end‑to‑end account execution including compliance performance, inventory readiness, demand planning coordination, and cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT.

As the primary liaison to Lowe’s IRPs and Supply Chain teams, this role ensures order accuracy, revenue integrity, and proactive issue resolution while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service levels and customer experience. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, executive‑level communication, accountability, and the ability to influence across functions in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational owner and subject matter expert for the Lowe’s account, acting as the main point of contact for Lowe’s IRPs and Supply Chain teams.
  • Own compliance performance, including weekly and monthly reviews, dispute management, rebuttal preparation, and proactive date adjustment requests.
  • Lead late PO reviews, projected on‑hand (OH) analysis, and inventory readiness assessments to support service level commitments.
  • Partner with Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing to align demand, mitigate inventory and fulfillment risks, and resolve execution issues.
  • Participate in CPFR activities and demand reviews, providing operational insights and recommendations.
  • Own Risk & Opportunity (R&O) tracking, analysis, and reporting for the Lowe’s account.
  • Lead Lowe’s‑specific initiatives and projects, coordinating cross‑functional execution and deliverables.
  • Serve as the IT and systems liaison for Lowe’s‑related enhancements, process changes, and exception or manual order management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • 4+ years of experience in customer account operations, supply chain, demand planning, or retail account management within a consumer goods or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with SAP and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
