Responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls with the objective of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services. Representatives must be able to clearly articulate between unique industries, programs, and market segments. Requires advanced knowledge of company, products and/or services.
Requires advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques along with advanced knowledge of the sales process. Representatives act as a liaison between various departments and the merchant/client/customer to reach sales conclusion. Analyzes profitability of the relationship and makes recommendation to management about account disposition. Works on special projects as assigned.

In this role, you will:
- Support the building and maintaining of effective relationships with existing clients through support of their functional area
- Assist in setting performance standards to enhance client satisfaction
- Evaluate profitability of relationships and make recommendations to management about account dispositions
- Articulate differences and similarities among unique industries, programs, and market segments
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks within the functional area
- Interact with senior peers and functional partners on a wide range of requests, including directly interacting with external clients and serving as a liaison between various functional areas and the client
- Participate in client-related or ad-hoc projects and teams
- Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively
- Support performance of less experienced staff, including providing subject matter expertise
- Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers outside work group on a wide range of information
- 4+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Accepting and adhering to high ethical standards and personal values in decision making and when dealing with others
- 3 years prior sales experience and/or customer service
- Advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to overcome objections, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Equipment Finance and leasing.
- Responsible , reliable, dedicated and committed to fulfilling obligations and being a team player
- Ability to remain calm and thoughtful in challenging or frustrating circumstances, and having the ability to recognize intense situations when deals should be escalated to management.
- High degree of organization with ability to grasp strategic as well as tactical issues involved with client relationships.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and able to establish relevant priorities with respect to administrative work associated with departmental activities
- Experience managing complaints and objections effectively and professionally
