As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you’ll be working alongside a thriving creative team to create and deliver cutting edge and diverse creative projects across a variety of cross-functional teams and channels. The ideal candidate is experienced, highly organized people-person with a keen attention to detail and with a proven track record of successfully partnering with in-house teams and external agencies on large campaigns and productions.
Essential Functions and Impact Areas:
- Oversee the management and organization for creative tools and platforms such as: Ironclad, Bynder, Notion and Asana
- Manage the Creative Team budget with Finance partners to develop, track, and monitor budget spend and allocation monthly and annually, submitting invoices and expenses for approval
- Oversee and manage all creative content usage and talent rights, expiration dates, asset renewal contracts
- Lead creative project development from planning to handoff and all aspects of the projects including vetting, resourcing, scheduling, communication and risk/mitigation management
- Assist with photoshoot pre & post production, ordering products and props, managing contracts and invoices
- Collaborate and work with cross functional team members across: Creative, Product Marketing Development, Paid ads, Lifecycle E-mails, PR & Organic Social, UX & Engineering, Medical, and Legal; Partner with external creative and production agencies
- Effectively communicate regular updates and follow ups in a refined and organized matter on Slack daily in a fast paced virtual environment, to keep both the Creative and Cross-functional partners updated on project status
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in managing cross-channel campaigns and creative projects, including photo/video production
- Experience in managing cross-channel campaigns and creative projects
- Deadline-driven, strategic and meticulous in your planning
- Collaborative and able to drive consensus between multiple stakeholders
- Excited to be multitasking while never losing track of the bigger goal
- Comfortable with the ambiguous moments that come with working with a scaling in-house team

Physical Characteristics of Work Environment:
- Remote-based work environment
- Typing and computer usage throughout the day
- 9-5 business hours M-F
- Occasional travel requirements to office or offsite (1 - 2 times a quarter)

Salary Range: $100-140k (placement in range dependent on location and experience)
