  • Produce a wide range of editorial assets, including blogs, thought leadership reports, insight reports, case studies, social media content, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external content agencies, freelance writers, designers, and copyeditors, ensuring quality and alignment with brand voice and strategy.
  • Ensure content is optimized for multiple channels and formats, balancing long-form and short-form content to meet the needs of various audiences.
  • Work closely with business unit leads, subject matter experts, and marketing colleagues to uncover compelling stories and translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Align content with campaign messaging strategy and journey mapping to support lead generation and customer nurturing.
  • Oversee editorial governance, including editorial calendars, workflows, approvals, and review processes.
  • Manage content operations within the project management system, ensuring visibility, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and report on content performance, using analytics and insights to continuously improve quality, reach, and effectiveness.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging narratives.
  • Proven track record in developing and delivering content strategies that drive measurable marketing and business outcomes.
  • Experience managing multi-format content development across digital platforms, including websites, social media, email, and paid media.
  • Strong project management skills and experience overseeing end-to-end content production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and giving/receiving feedback in a constructive, solutions-oriented manner.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics
  • A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, detail-focused, and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience working with content agencies and freelance writers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial services, legal, or corporate governance sectors is an advantage but not required.
