About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Communication Consultant - Visual Advisor/Design to join the Proposal and Content Team supporting Global Payments & Liquidity. In this role you will:
  • Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.
  • Review and analyze basic or tactical experience design assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables.
  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide information to client personnel in experience design.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or execute communication-based initiatives and activities
  • Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
  • Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
  • Partner with other Communications teams to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:

  • Experience in Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
  • Strong knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Experience working with brand standards and application
  • Experience working with typography and page layout
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to take text and/or data, distill for key points, and creatively display information
  • Knowledge of how to tell a story from a sales perspective
  • Experience working with sales and leadership
  • Familiarity with Treasury Management product and services if possible
  • Practice and confidence with analyzing a process and streamlining where applicable

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$87,700.00 - $155,900.00
