Job Summary

As a Sr Business Planning Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting this mission by ensuring financial excellence and strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and monitoring budgets, re-forecasting, and conducting complex analyses of operating expenses. You will develop, interpret, and implement financial concepts that drive our financial planning and control processes.

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

  • Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills/Abilities & Knowledge:


o Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
o Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
o Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
o Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
o Ability to analyze and interpret data
o Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities
o Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
o Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
o Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
o Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
o Knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
o Knowledge of Advanced Accounting theory and procedures
o Knowledge of Operating and Capital Financial Statements
