We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for taking on large, ambiguous projects that directly impact our business performance. You are impact oriented and love data, and can tie your analysis back to how the numbers are driving results (for customers, growth strategies, and the bottom line). You will be responsible for defining and reporting on key business drivers, leveraging data to uncover insights and opportunities, and preparing and presenting information to leadership.
In this role you will:
Drive business performance of one or more of our advertising or software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales/GTM, Product, Pricing, Marketing, Service, Finance, etc.) to understand business priorities and shape strategies to achieve our goals.
Lead end-to-end analysis of business and operational performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities leveraging a suite of analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, DataBricks, Sheets, etc.).
Proactively develop insights and recommendations to improve performance, and present findings effectively to an executive audience to drive decisions.
Establish and maintain key business metrics (inputs/outputs), and develop sophisticated forecast models to project results and measure gaps to plan.
Drive the strategic planning process including weekly/monthly/quarterly business updates to senior leaders and cross-functional alignment of plans.
Develop a deep understanding of our data and collaborate with engineering, BI, and data science to improve data quality and accessibility in-line with business goals.

We’re searching for a Senior Business Operations Manager with:
Demonstrated expertise in quantitative business analysis and forecasting
Excellent analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and synthesize data into clear insights
Experience in driving annual planning processes and facilitating executive-level business reviews
Outstanding communicator, capable of presenting complex financial and business data and insights to C-level executives
Proficient in SQL and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Periscope) for large scale data manipulation and dashboard creation
Highly collaborative, you thrive working in fast-paced environments with stakeholders across every function (product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, analytics, etc.)
A bias towards impact, you focus on what’s the most important and have a track record of delivering impact-at-scale from ideation through execution (and the KPIs to show it)
A passion for data, you have a deep curiosity for how data is structured, how it ties to business performance, and you’re always looking for ways to improve
Preferred Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in using data to understand business / operational performance
Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, DataBricks)
Experience in a fast-paced technology company (B2B or SaaS preferred) or related industry
