Job Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting technical analysis as well as building reporting tools to deliver insights and impact to the organization. This person will provide varied, complex, and confidential transactional and operational analysis in support of functional business goals. The Business Analyst is a data expert and will play a critical role in developing a framework for and delivering scalable analysis and reporting.
- Provide business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting across the Lexia portfolio
- Utilize CRM, business intelligence (BI) and/or analytic tools and visualizations to deliver key insights to drive growth strategy including ongoing analytics and trends
- Leverage technology to enable solutions and best practices that support scale and increase efficiency and quality
- Expand capabilities and improve confidence levels by establishing consistent data and reporting standards and processes
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field
5 years of experience in an analytical role with preference in sales, marketing, or business operations
Professional Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), BI (Tableau) tools, and Excel
Experience producing business driven dashboards and reports as well as developing meaningful KPIs
Passionate about asking ‘why?’ to get to the root of the issue
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
Ability to analyze complex situations and generate innovative solutions and insights
Excellent project management skills and ability to meet established goals while balancing other priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
