Position Overview:
The Senior BI Analyst will play a critical role in scaling our Business Intelligence capabilities, specifically for our B2C SaaS and Marketing Acquisition initiatives within our broader B2B and B2C business. Leveraging your expertise in Tableau, dbt, and Snowflake, you'll deliver impactful analytics focused on customer ARR, marketing acquisition efficiency (ROAS), channel mix strategy, influencer and affiliate marketing effectiveness, and migration of legacy reporting from Superset to Tableau. Your work will be integral to integrating and analyzing Liflab data within Tableau dashboards, driving strategic, data-driven decisions specifically for our B2C business.

What You'll Do:

BI Architecture:
-Data Mart Development: Design and implement robust data marts within Snowflake using dbt, tailored specifically to B2C metrics, ARR analytics, marketing attribution, and customer lifecycle analysis.
-Dashboard Migration & Creation: Create new Tableau dashboards and migrate existing B2C and Marketing Acquisition reports from Superset to Tableau, ensuring dashboards are intuitive, insightful, visually engaging, and meet evolving stakeholder requirements.
-Data Integration: Integrate and model data from various marketing channels, including Liflab, influencer campaigns, affiliates, and other critical B2C marketing initiatives to enable comprehensive insights.
-Analytics & Insights: ARR & Marketing Acquisition Analysis: Conduct deep analyses of ARR growth drivers, customer retention and churn, points of diminishing returns, and marketing spend efficiency (ROAS).
-Channel Mix & Optimization: Evaluate B2C marketing channel performance, recommending optimal budget allocations, and identifying key areas of opportunity and efficiency.
-Influencer & Affiliate Insights: Analyze the effectiveness of influencer and affiliate partnerships to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
-Data Storytelling & Presentation: Clearly communicate analytical insights through compelling presentations, visualizations, and narratives tailored to varied business stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations teams, primarily focused on B2C, to define requirements, establish KPIs, and translate business needs into actionable insights.
-Technical Leadership: Keep current with evolving trends in BI and analytics, recommending best practices and advocating adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies.

Who You Are:
-Minimum 5+ years in Business Intelligence or Analytics, with specific expertise in B2C SaaS and Marketing analytics.
-Proficiency in Tableau dashboard creation and data visualization.
-Strong expertise in data modeling, transformation, and integration using dbt and SQL within Snowflake.
-Demonstrated analytical skills in ARR forecasting, retention, ROAS optimization, channel attribution modeling, and marketing efficiency analysis.
-Excellent communicator skilled at translating complex analytics into clear, actionable business recommendations.
-Collaborative team player who excels in cross-functional environments.

Nice to Have:
-Experience with Liftlab or other marketing attribution tools.
-Familiarity with predictive modeling, advanced analytics, or experimentation frameworks.
