Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for Customer Reference Data Solutions within the Financial Crimes and Regulatory Operations (FCRO) group as part of Global Operations, Shared Services. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives of the Operational Risk Management (RCSA) activities
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Manage task delivery timelines through clear and complete communication
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Conduct complex data analysis
- Articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of the organization
- Identify and recommend strategic data solutions
- Conduct root cause analysis of identified issues
- Create clear and compelling presentations through strategic “storytelling”
- Design complete process flow documentation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience conducting root cause analysis
- Ability to conduct data profiling across large bodies of work
- 2+ years KYC/Financial Crimes experience
- Experience with RCSA, issues management, corrective actions, control design and implementation
- Working system/platform experience with HOGAN, Cornerstone, WCIS and EPIC
- Knowledge of the product management discipline
- Ability to navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial mindset, create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change
- Experience creating and managing roadmaps, strategies, and products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery
- Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment
- Ability to create strong professional partnerships
- Experience designing process flows
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal, written, executive and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple high priority, high complexity, and high-risk efforts simultaneously.
- Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams, and SharePoint) skills
