Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Business Analytics or Analytics Consulting within a technology company.
- Advanced SQL and strong analytical capabilities.
- Strong understanding of business processes, KPI design, semantic layers, and analytical modeling.
- Proven ability to define standards and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience building scalable analytical solutions rather than one-off analyses.
- Strong data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience delivering complex data products using AI-powered workflows, including skills, prompts, and agents with tools such as Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, and Cowork.
- Passion for improving how organizations use data to make decisions.
- Strong curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and their practical application within analytics.
