The Role 

The Digital Strategy and Transformation teams help create exceptional digital experiences at scale. Our team members humanize products, services, and experiences by: 

  • Integrating deep research and industry awareness 
  • Influencing product strategy 
  • Driving implementation across client and associate touchpoints 

As a Senior Business Analyst within Digital Strategy and Transformation, you will work with a delivery team supporting digital experiences for our brokerage clients and associates. You will provide business process analysis, requirements expertise, and delivery support throughout the development lifecycle. 

You will play a role in supporting digital initiatives and enhancements, including: 

  • Identifying opportunities through data analysis, research, and business insights 
  • Translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria 
  • Partnering with Product Managers to shape innovative and scalable solutions 
  • Collaborating with technology, operations, data, analytics, and readiness partners to support successful delivery 
  • Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, readiness, and implementation activities 
  • Formulating and validating hypotheses to understand client, associate, volume, or behavioral trends 
  • Measuring business outcomes and using insights to inform future enhancements 

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of experience
  • Client-focused problem solver with a data-driven approach to delivering high-impact digital solutions 
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for delivery teams 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Collaborate effectively across product, operations, technology, data, and analytics teams while contributing independently 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with Excel (intermediate to advanced) and business intelligence tools 
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to communicate and synthesize insights effectively 
  • Clear communicator who translates data into actionable business understanding 
  • Ownership mindset paired with curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning 

The optimal candidate will be able to build and champion cross-business unit relationships across operations, product, technology, data, and analytics. This person will routinely analyze what is driving volumes, behaviors, and business outcomes, then validate insights through strong analytical methods and clear communication.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
