About the Role:

The Senior Brand Designer plays a key role in shaping and evolving Kyriba's global brand through strategic marketing campaigns, high-impact event experiences, and customer-facing communications. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and scalable creative systems that support demand generation, brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

As a senior member of the creative team, you will lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, event branding, digital experiences, presentations, and other strategic initiatives. You will partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, product marketing, events, and executive leadership to transform complex business objectives into clear, engaging, and memorable visual experiences.

 

Job Description

  • Lead the creative development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support brand awareness, demand generation, customer engagement, and product marketing initiatives.
  • Develop scalable visual systems and campaign identities that extend across digital, social, web, presentations, events, video, advertising, and customer communications.
  • Create compelling visual solutions that translate complex business and financial concepts into clear, engaging, and differentiated brand experiences.
  • Partner with marketing, product marketing, events, communications, and executive stakeholders to develop creative strategies that align with business objectives and audience needs.
  • Lead the visual development of Kyriba's largest strategic initiatives, including major campaigns, thought leadership programs, product launches, customer conferences, sales meetings, and executive events.
  • Design and execute branding for key global events, including environmental graphics, signage, presentations, event campaigns, and attendee-facing experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution and stewardship of Kyriba's visual identity, design standards, and brand systems.
  • Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders while providing thoughtful rationale and guidance throughout the creative process.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and vendors to ensure creative excellence and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Explore emerging creative technologies, AI-enabled workflows, and industry trends to drive innovation and improve team efficiency.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail across all creative output.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in brand design, campaign development, visual communications, or integrated marketing design within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proven experience developing strategic marketing campaigns that span multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign development, digital marketing, presentations, and experiential design.
  • Experience developing visual identities and creative systems for major events, conferences, or experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Exceptional understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, design systems, and brand strategy.
  • Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to transform business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience with motion design and Adobe After Effects is highly desirable.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered creative tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, production, and content creation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work during EU business hours and, when required, support North America (NA) business hours during business-critical periods or peak event seasons.
