We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist the Merchandising Team for the provision of overall merchandise to production as per agreed timelines and assist on the given special projects in order to facilitate the smooth production process.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop new sample developments such as pre-production fit samples.
  • Identify and ordering Raw materials including trims and fabrics required for sample development stages.
  • Maintain good relationships with external suppliers to make the delivery process smooth.
  • Continuously follow up internal and external teams to meet sample development deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders and other relevant information, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Identify and process new product sample requirements by using customer tech packs.
  • Monitor inventory levels for sample development, forecasting demand and coordinating with PDC.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business management or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
  • Good Communication skills.
