Razer is also a great place to work, providing you the unique, gamer-centric experience that will put you in an accelerated growth, both personally and professionally.As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis, building dashboards and reports, supporting business domains like business performance, product optimization, and helping drive business insights across teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from finance, product, and marketing to understand data needs and deliver actionable findings. This role will also expose you to AI-related tools and workflows as part of our innovation roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis to support payment analysis, marketing analysis, product performance, customer behavior analysis, and business operations.
- Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc dashboards/reports using business intelligence tools.
- Translate business questions into analytical tasks and deliver clear, data-driven answers and recommendations.
- Support root cause investigations for anomalies and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth data pipeline and reliable reporting.
- Support the integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) into reporting and analysis workflows under guidance from senior team members.
- Document metrics definitions, dashboard logic, and report processes for consistency and transparency.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with one or more data analysis tools (Python, R, or Excel).
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to data analytics, payment systems, or fintech industry.
- Familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts or tools such as ChatGPT, embeddings, or prompt design.
Experience working in a cloud-based data environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
