We’re looking for a Brand Strategist to help shape the future of Aussie Broadband’s brand portfolio across our Residential, Business and Wholesale segments.

You’ll drive brand positioning, naming, storytelling and insights, while helping craft our brand voice and monitoring performance to guide long‑term strategy.

This is a 12‑month maximum‑term role where you’ll work closely with teams across the business to share insights and uncover new opportunities.

Let’s talk about you

  • Understanding of the telco industry

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or similar

  • 2+ years’ experience in brand, strategy or related roles

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

  • Confident communicator who works well with others

  • Knowledge of brand strategy, architecture and portfolio management

  • Experience conducting and interpreting market and desktop research

  • Proactive problem‑solver with strong written communication skills who works well independently and, in a team, learns quickly, and adapts easily to change

How will you support our “Why?”
 

  • Support our brand portfolio across Residential, Business and Wholesale

  • Identify market gaps and define clear brand positioning

  • Shape and manage our brand portfolio to avoid overlap and confusion

  • Contribute to developing clear and consistent naming conventions for new products, ensuring alignment with the Aussie Broadband brand

  • Help craft our brand story, mission and voice

  • Monitor brand performance and adjust strategy as needed

  • Work with internal teams to share insights and identify opportunities

  • Develop customer base management recommendations using market research
