What You’ll Do

As a Senior Attorney or AGC, depending upon experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our legal function. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial attorney to contribute to our evolving legal strategies, particularly in commercial contracts and compliance. You will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with the leadership team. This is a great opportunity to work at a pre-IPO company and have the chance to build and expand the legal team as we grow.

This role will be responsible for…..

  • Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of commercial contracts, including services, supply, and licensing agreements.

  • Develop and implement processes related to contract management and compliance to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Manage compliance matters, including privacy, antitrust, and anti-corruption regulations.

  • Work on government relations matters regarding state, federal and other government-related opportunities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide proactive legal advice and solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Support the company’s growth and strategy during the pre-IPO phase, helping to establish robust legal frameworks in both the US and EMEA.

  • Provide guidance on risk assessment and management, ensuring compliance and best practices are followed.

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and dynamic working environment within the legal team and the broader organization.

What You’ll Bring 

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in U.S state.

  • 8-10 years of experience as a commercial attorney, with a focus on contract negotiation and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of privacy, antitrust, and anti-corruption laws and experience applying them in a commercial context.

  • Proven ability to build and implement legal processes in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility and agility in adapting to new challenges and changes.

  • A good sense of humor is a plus!

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:

  • Base salary range: $180,00-$250,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.

  • Additional compensation: This role may also be eligible for an equity package (in the form of stock options). If any other compensation benefits apply, they will be discussed during the interview process.
