Senior Associate, Go-to-Market

Location: Charlotte, NC

Home Solutions is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This is a strategic, high-ownership role focused on helping drive some of our most important growth initiatives within the GTM function. You'll collaborate across Partnerships, Analytics, and Operations to accelerate growth initiatives, uncover market insights, build data-driven strategic materials, and help the team make faster and smarter decisions. You’ll own a range of  high-visibility projects across data analytics, reporting, research, partner strategy, project management, and cross-functional execution.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys unstructured problem-solving and wants accelerated exposure to growth strategy, operations, analytics, and process-building — and who is eager to take on increasing ownership over time.

What You'll Do
  • Lead high-priority, cross-functional growth initiatives by translating ambiguous questions into structured plans, analysis, and execution
  • Build the strategic narratives and decks that drive external partner meetings, QBRs, and new-partner pitches
  • Produce clear, executive-ready materials (memos, one-pagers, decks) that accelerate confident internal decision-making
  • Support and scale new strategic partnerships through performance analysis, testing, and hands-on execution
  • Develop custom analyses that inform partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and support executive decision-making.
  • Own our competitive research motion and the team's market-intelligence repository to identify growth opportunities across our entire portfolio; turn findings into useful summaries, recommendations, or materials for the team
  • Identify what’s limiting growth - demand, conversion, partner capacity, operational friction - and drive clarity on next steps
  • Coordinate across teams to keep important projects moving and reduce operational friction
  • Test and build new tools or processes that reduce manual work and improve team output
About You
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, partnerships, business operations or growth
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to build expertise, particularly in digital marketing and growth-oriented environments
  • Strong research and synthesis instincts: you get smart on a market fast and turn it into a clear "so what" and a resource the team relies on
  • Ability to communicate confidently and build credibility with senior stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Excellent storytelling and deck-building skills: you turn analysis into a narrative that moves executives and partners
  • Strong structured problem-solving; comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn an open-ended question into a concrete plan
  • Strong analytical skills: you are comfortable working with imperfect data to form a hypothesis, interpret data into implications, and drive to a recommendation.
  • Fast learner who can pick up new tools, systems, and business context quickly
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets and is excited to grow their analytical toolkit; experience with dashboards or BI tools is a plus
  • Continuous-improvement mentality, with a track record of identifying and improving processes or workflows
  • AI-native mindset: you instinctively leverage AI, automation, and modern tools to improve products, accelerate execution, and increase your impact.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Alignment with our core values: Grow Without Limits, Get After It, Act With Focus, and Build the Team
  • Experience with digital marketing is a plus, but not required
