In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.


Responsibilities

As a core contributor, you will build and maintain critical systems that enhance our banking operations, directly impacting real-time performance, security, and the seamless experience of our partners and customers.

- Pioneering Observability & Visualization: Develop intuitive frontend UIs and backend APIs for visualizing observability metrics through interactive charts and maps. This work enables proactive anomaly identification, data-driven decisions, and optimized service reliability. Explore and productionize the use of AI to increase application resiliency.

- Building Resilient & Secure Distributed Systems: Design, develop, and maintain real-time, distributed, and highly secured systems. Your contributions will ensure the stability and integrity of our financial systems, protect sensitive data and guarantee continuous service availability, leveraging automation for health checks and incident response.

- Driving Quality & Efficiency: Ensure strict code compliance, adhere to specifications, and champion coding best practices. Meticulously prepare and release software components, upholding high standards of quality and efficiency while minimizing technical debt.

- Mastering Modern DevOps & Cloud-Native Deployments: Work within our robust CI/CD pipeline and leverage deployment tools like Docker, OpenShift. This role requires strong automated deployment strategies, ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure software delivery, contributing to agile development and speed to market.

- Collaborating for Impactful Solutions: Thrive in highly collaborative teams, building quality solutions that meet evolving business needs. Your effective communication and contribution to a shared vision are vital for impactful technological advancements.

- Agile Development for Continuous Improvement: Contribute to iterative and adaptive development within Agile teams.


Requirements

- Degree in Computer Science, or related technical field that involves programming, or combination of equivalent practical experience and education.

- Minimum 4 years working experience in software development

- Significant experience with Node.js, Java Spring Boot, ReactJS

- Significant experience in relational database such as MariaDB

- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with a preference for OpenShift (OCP) environments

- Experience in Elasticsearch, Logstash, Grafana, Kafka

- Knowledge of secure coding practices and API security standards, including OAuth2, access control, and secrets management

- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adopt new skills, including existing and emerging technologies like Agentic AI, to stay at the forefront of innovation
