Notes to applicants:
Dimensional sees great value from collaborating in our offices and appreciates the benefits of flexibility. Most roles fit our office-first hybrid approach: We are together on our campuses Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and have the choice to work in the office or remotely, depending on what is best for that work day, on Mondays and Fridays. This approach maximizes in-person collaboration and interaction while simultaneously providing flexibility and applies to most roles globally with a few exceptions that require more or less time in the office. Please discuss with your Recruiter to confirm the details for this specific role.

Job Description:
At Dimensional, we’re focused on changing the way people think and feel about investing. Our goal is to stay on the leading edge of research and implementation while also providing an extraordinary client experience. As the firm’s growth accelerates around the world, a strategic marketing program that supports the business while maintaining Dimensional’s values will be critical to our continued success.
The Marketing department enables sales by answering, “Why Dimensional?” They partner with sales groups, investment teams, and executive leadership within Dimensional to extract, package, and spread Dimensional’s message and philosophy. Marketing teams work to best reflect Dimensional’s unique offer to clients and advance its position in the marketplace.
The Senior Associate will be a member of the Corporate Marketing & Communications team and be responsible for transforming data and platform research into strategic insights that shape what we create, where we show up, and how we grow. The individual serving in this role informs decision-making, sharpens content and promotional strategy, and identifies new opportunities to expand reach, engagement, and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Translate insights into strategy: Turn performance data, audience behavior, and platform intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations that guide content development, distribution, and optimization.
- Inform content planning: Identify emerging topics, high-performing formats, and engagement trends to influence editorial calendars, campaign concepts, and strategies for various marketing channels.
- Guide real-time and long-term decisions: Using a combination of quick-turn insights and longer-term reporting and analysis, help the team prioritize what to produce, where to publish, and how to amplify content.
- Monitor and research platforms: Delve into platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms to provide valuable information about the impact those changes may have on our engagement and reach, and how we can adjust for continued success. More broadly, monitor changes across all social media platforms to help identify opportunities and inform the evolution of our content marketing approach.
- Conduct market research: Conduct ongoing research and analysis to see how others are showing up on social (platform specific and overarching) and their approach to content marketing. Look within as well as outside the industry to see what type of content is getting attention and how we could leverage those insights.
- Collaborate and communicate: Work across teams to test hypotheses, track impact, and help shape decisions. Present insights in a clear, visual, and compelling way tailored to creative, marketing, and business stakeholders.
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role:
- Helps the team make smarter, faster decisions backed by real insights.
- Shapes strategy—not just reporting on what happened, but influencing what happens next.
- Surfaces opportunities we might otherwise miss—platform shifts, white space topics, content gaps.
- Enables a marketing and content team that is insight-driven, not overwhelmed by data.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of progressively responsible experience in a content marketing, social media, marketing insights, audience development, or similar role.
- Experience researching digital platforms and applying findings to marketing or content strategy.
- Strong storytelling and synthesis skills—can connect dots, simplify complexity, and guide decisions. Clear and effective communicator and experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Familiarity with content performance tools and dashboards; comfort navigating data without being in a pure analytics role.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry preferred.
- Bonus: working knowledge of SEO, audience research tools, or content testing methodologies.
