The Senior Analytics Consultant within the Chief Data Office (CDO) designs and delivers reusable data products that enable decision making across the organization. The work spans data validation rules, data movement and orchestration, developing Power Apps, and providing strategic problem framing for business partners who need a methodical thinker in the room. This role translates business challenges into scalable analytic solutions, process automation, and Power App capabilities that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
As an analytics partner, this role pairs deep technical expertise with an engineering approach to developing analytical assets. Success in this role requires curiosity, systems thinking, and the ability to transform ambiguous business needs into well defined solutions. The ideal candidate approaches analytics as a product: emphasizing reusability, spec driven design, and automation, while supporting the bank's AI and data modernization strategy.
In This Role, You Will
Design data movement and validation solutions. Build the rules, checks, and orchestrations that keep data trustworthy as it moves between systems, using SQL, Alteryx, Power Automate, and data pipelines.
Build Power Apps that solve business process needs end-to-end. Deliver a clean user experience, data model, and Power FX that support validation, approvals, and data movement.
Design reusable data products. Build semantic models, curated tables, and data dictionaries that support reporting, applications, and downstream users.
Write production SQL. Develop complex joins, analytical queries, and optimized data solutions against enterprise data environments.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Analytics, Reporting, or Data Modeling experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, military experience, and education
  • Experience building automated workflows using Alteryx, Power Automate, or comparable data automation platforms
  • Experience developing business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps or a comparable low-code platform
  • Strong SQL development experience, including complex joins, analytical queries, and dimensional data modeling
Desired Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative discipline
  • Professional certification in the analytic tooling stack: DP-600, PL-300, Alteryx Designer Advanced, Databricks Data Engineer, dbt Analytics Engineer, or equivalent
  • Experience with agentic AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) applying harness-based techniques including skills, instructions, automation, and hooks to support data and analytical development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform findings into executable plans that move business metrics
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a dynamic, complex, regulated environment
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This role offers the opportunity to build solutions that are used by the business every day. You'll work across analytics, automation, data management, and low-code development, helping teams improve processes and make better decisions through data. It's an excellent fit for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving practical business problems, and delivering measurable results through analytics and automation.
